Abstract

In humankind, blood is a life affecting important liquid that can be brought only from human. It is possible to see most of the clinicians’ inadequacy about blood and blood products order in clinical practices. In this article, it is aimed to give information about the situations on blood and blood products order in clinical practices. Especially, statements that must be paid attention like transfusion indications, cross comparison/transfusion ratio, preparation of full blood, emergency transfusion conditions were summarized.
