Abstract
Epidermoid tumors consist 1 % rate of all intracranial mass lesions. They are benign congenital tumors that are seldom seen. Most are localized intradurally. They may rarely be seen at extradural-intradiploic localization in midline of calvarium. In this report; an epidermoid tumor which is localized extradural at posterior fossa deplacing right cerebellar hemisphere is discussed.
