Renal artery occlusion and infarction following aortobifemoral bypass is extremely rare complication and its diagnosis is challenging. Early
diagnosis and treatment of this pathology is critical. Herein, we present a 49-year-old male case who was operated for peripheral artery
disease and in whom subtotal renal infarction developed in the postoperative fifth day.
