A pseudoaneurysm due ta multiple puncture of the right brachial artery for the narcotic injection in a drug addict is presented. The patient was operated in a emergency basis and the blood specimens, which were sent postoperatively, revealed HIV antibodies. The importance of this is stressed in terms of the occupational risk of the health care workers.
