Each socicty develops unique modes of artistic expressian and these modes are related to the nature of the society and its prevailing cultural patterns. But it is seen that there are style fluctations occuring in regional and national cultures. So this permits us to asses the possibility of the development of a universal style in the arts. But the idea of a universal style does not suggest that art everywhere share the standard forms. Rather the iınplication is that there is an interpretation between global cultural flows and the local artistic patterns. And every one in every where can rcach to every form. So nowadays there is an universal stylistic pluralism and the artistic practices have becomc influenced by global cultural patterns yet they remain linked to local culture too.
