The basic concepts of labor market standardized by ILO are internationally wellcome and are usually used in every economic study without having every hesitaton since they are thought as being objective and universaLThe conceptualization process of ILO includes many ideological assumptions and is based on a theorotical model named as "labor framework" .The main categories in labor market such as unemployed, employed and not in labor force should be analyzed carefully by taking their ideological contents into consideration.
