Aim: The purpose of this study determine whether level of the organizational learning of health employees depend on demographic characteristics and perception of the organizational support. Methods: The universe of the study is four public hospitals in Ankara. Questionnaire form was used as the instrument for data collection in the study. This study, which is analytical character, has been conducted as a sectional research in Ankara between on April and on May 2010. In this study, to reach all health care employees in four public hospitals is aimed. The data were analyzed in SPSS 17.0 package program. Results: The questionnaire was distributed to 2220 health employees and the response rate was 53.6 %. In the result of analysis, it was found that health employees assessments of organizational learning were significantly affected by perception of organizational support, marital status and administrative position (p0.05). Conclusion: Organizational learning level of health care employees who in particular have not administrative status and are married, should be supported and provided for continously improve. As opportunities provided for organizational learning, perception of organizational support for health care employees also will increase
