Abstract
AIM: This study was performed to determine the burnout levels of employees working in a factory and the factors affecting it.
METHOD: This is a crosssectional study. The study population and sample consisted of 247 employees working in the workshops of a factory located in the a big city center. Data collection was performed using a Personal Information Form and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
