Download PDF Post

This narrative review synthesizes current literature on occupational hazards faced by healthcare workers (HCWs) and the interventions designed to mitigate these risks. The findings indicate a significant psychological burden among frontline HCWs, especially during epidemics and pandemics. The impact of these hazards on HCWs' mental health underscores the need for effective interventions. Key areas of concern include stress management, policy implementation, and preventive strategies to address occupational hazards.

Key words: Healthcare Workers, interventions, occupational hazards, risk assessment, risk management.
