Hepatosplenic candidiasis (HSC) is a disseminated infection primarily involving spleen and liver. It is being
observed at increased incidence in haematologic malignancies espicially in acute leukemias after chemotherapy
has been administrated. Although the culture results are generally negative, diagnosis is made by showing the
pathogene in culture or biopsy. Basic approach in treatment is the use of amphothericine-B. In this paper we
present a HSC case, which is diagnosed clinically and radiologically.
