Abstract

 

The coexistence of both rectal and renal primary malignancies is a rare condition. Actually, the widespread use of

abdominal ultrasonography, computerized tomography, and magnetic rezonance has permitted diagnosis of

clinically silent other intraabdominal malignancies in patients undergoing a work-up for any primary malign tumour

of abdomen. In this study, we presented a case of rectum adenocarcınoma accompanied with renal cell carcinoma

and discussed the importance of aggressive surgical treatment regarding each tumours.
