Abstract
Limb-threatening thromboembolic complications are common in patients with popliteal artery aneurysms (PAA). Although PAA are generally due to atherosclerosis, traumatic PAAs have also been reported. In this paper, we present a case of PAA which developed after a surgical intervention to the popliteal fossa and adverting with acute ischemic complication.
