Objective; Hepatitis B (HBV) infection is one of the most important public health problems throughout the world. This study is aimed to test the knowledge and attitudes of high school students on routes of infection and means of prevention for HBV infection.
Method; A questionnaire with 25 items was presented to 467 (97.3%) students out of 480 without sampling who attended Tarsus Health High School (THHS) and Tarsus Atatürk High School (TAHS).
Results; The mean of the points received by the students were 58.7"18.6 and median was 56 out of 100.
