Abstract
In order to assess the efficiency of laser prostatectomy that can be an alternative procedure to TUR-P which is the gold standart in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia, 35 patients underwent laser prostatectomy (Nd: YAG laser) and the results are discussed.
