Abstract
Wegener's granulomatosis is the most common vasculitis involving the lungs. Since It causes nodular and cavitary lesions in the lung, the differential diagnosis includes various diseases including primarily tuberculosis and malignancies.
We presented this case because he was followed up for a long time with the diagnosis of chronic sinusitis, presenting with orbital involvement and simulating tuberculosis, and the time from the initiation of symptoms to the diagnosis was four years
