Abstract
Many bone pathologies are observed in patients with chronic renal failure. One of the rarest pathologies is bilateral femoral neck fractures occurring spontaneously and simultaneously. Bilateral hip artroplasty were performed to one patient, a 34 year-old woman with chronic renal failure, whose fractures had occurred in first hipocalcemic muscle cramp.
