Abstract
It has been demonstrated that appendicea! abscess coutd resu/t in urinary obstruction in pediatric patients. The presented case with an appendicea! abscess causing biiaterai ureterai obstruction dravvs attention to the possibiiity of discovering appendicea! abscess as the primary etioiogy of biiaterai hydronephrosis especially in cases with concomitant intrapeivic mass.
