The fistulas encountered in Crohn's disease are a quite frequent complication. Fistulas may be internal, i.e., gut-to-gut. or external, i.e., gut-to-skin. Treatment of these fistulas can be a considerable problem with mortality rates avaraging about 6-10 % . The present article examines the various types of fistulas encountered with Crohn's disease and their possible treatment according to the recent contributions in literature. /Journal of Turgut (ha!
