The term "pseudokidney sign" refers to the characteristic pattern of a centra! duster of bright echoes from the lumen, with a hypoechoic ¡periphery due to the thickened wall. Although in our case, the disease did not originate from bowel, it had "pseudokidney sign". Because the content of the jejunum passed out via fistula to the central of tumor, pseudo "pseudokidney sign" occured.
