Feminizing adrenal tumor: Review of the literature and a case report

We present a case of Feminizing adrenal tumor with high estradiol who presented with fatigue, anorexia, decreased libido, and gynecomastia. He had bilateral gynaecomastia without galactorrhea. Estradiol was high (1722 pg/ml) with low testosterone (0.47 ng/ml:n=2.4-8.3). Abdominal ultrasound showed a huge tumor above the right kidney that was compressed and was confirmed by CT scan. At surgery, a well-limited much vascularized mass weighing 2.5 Kg was removed successfully.
