Supracondylar humerus fracture is a common type of fracture during childhood. Compartment syndrome is not common with this fracture type but if there is doubt, fasciotomy must be performed to save the limb. In this case report, we present a 10-year-old boy with Gartland type 3 supracondylar humerus fracture accompanied by compartment syndrome upon his admission to the hospital.
