There was a strong positive correlation between Intrinsic motivation with integrated regulation, identified regulation, introjected regulation and motivation (p=0.001, p=0.029, p=0.033, p=0.026), respectively. Type of work schedules and salary were the only statistically significant positive independent predicator for high motivation (p=0.022 & p=0.016), respectively. Finally, there was no statistical significant relation between motivational factors with any socio-demographic characteristics.
Conclusion: Intrinsic motivation had a strong positive correlation with integrated regulation, identified regulation and introjected regulation. Type of work schedules and salary had positive impact for high motivation.
