Aim :This Experiment was completed at the Faculty of Agriculture - University of Kerbala in 2023 , The aim of this study was to identify fungi associated with the pellet feed from one of the poultry farming halls in Karbala, Iraq. Isolation .
Methods: showed from pellet feed the Aspergiulls flavus frequency rate 60% and Aspergiulls niger frequency rate 40%. Mycotoxins it caused a very large decrease of 0.05 in the relative weight of the back and neck and heart and spleen and the length of the intestines and wings. After forty-five days of dosage with fungal filtrate the fungal filtrate A. flavus reached 25.50, whilst A. niger recorded 25.34 the control was given an average of 30.74 relative weight of the back and neck with a significant difference. . Conduct statistical analysis of data based on Completely Randomized Design (C R D) ,
Results the fungal filtrate A. flavus reached a relative weight of 0.47, whilst A. niger recorded 0.49 as a percentage of relative weight, the control was given an average of 0.52 relative weight of the heart.the fungal filtrate A. flavus reached a relative weight of 0.47, whilst A. niger recorded 0.49 as a percentage of relative weight the control was given an average of 0.11 for the relative weight of the spleen. the fungal filtrate A. flavus reached a relative weight of 4.96, whilst A. niger recorded 5.08 as a percentage of relative weight. the control was given an average of 5.75 relative weight of the length of the intestines with a significant difference, which was dosed with fungal filtrate. the fungal filtrate A. flavus reached a relative weight of 8.81, whilst A. niger recorded of 8.95 as a percentage of relative weight. the control was given an average of 9.48 relative weight of the wings
Conclusion: The experiment included three factors and five replications of each treatment. It is a fungus that causes many diseases, in addition to causing infection, which leads to respiratory infections in poultry, which causes their death.
