The author reported a nasal tuberculosis case. The literatures report that nasal tuberculosis is a rare presentation of extra pulmonary TB. The author described how nasal TB can mimic other granulomatous disease and put a major challenge for medical practice to make the diagnosis. Finally, the author also reported the effectiveness of anti tuberculosis drugs for the mode of treatment.
