We describe here case of a 26-year old parturient at 36 weeks of gestations who developed cardiorespiratory arrest precipitated by episodes of hypertensive crisis. With a good quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, timely manner perimortem cesarean delivery and with a good support from the pediatric and critical care team, both the mother and the baby were discharged well from the hospital.
