Green tea leaf extract improves physiological, biochemical, and reproductive dynamics in mice

Green tea leaves (GTL) are rich in catechins, antioxidants with various health benefits. This study was performed to assess the effects of GTL extract on physiological, biochemical, and reproductive dynamics in mice. A total of 120 Swiss albino mice were categorized into three groups: T0-control group, basal diet with fresh water, T1- 2.5% GTL, and T2- 5% GTL, for 70 days. After 30 days, half of the mice were bred, and the rest were euthanized for analysis. We observed a significant reduction (P0.05) different.
