Objectives: This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding antenatal exercise among pregnant women in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Tabuk using an online questionnaire distributed via snow ball sampling. A total of 387 pregnant women participated.
