We herein present the case of 52-year-old woman with chronic renal failure, who underwent femoral arteriovenous fistula surgery. Because of uncontrolled hypertension, we performed femoral nerve block with mixed local anesthetics injected around femoral nerve guided by ultrasound sonography. The surgery was performed successfully without other complications.
