Research was conducted on "Microorganisms associated with razor bumps and their response to sensitive plant leaf extracts Mintosa pudica". The phytochemical analysis conducted revealed the presence of different phytochemical components viz; alkaloids, saponin, tannins, flavonoids, glycosides, steroids, saponin glycosides, balsams and volatile oil. Antimicrobial activity of extract Mimosa pudica was tested against isolated organisms, using the agar well diffusion method at different concentrations; 150 mg/ml, 200 mg/ml, 250 mg/ml, and 300 mg/ml. The highest zone of inhibition was recorded in Proteus mirabilis with 6 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm, Citrobacter spp with 10 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, and 9 mm while Staphylococcus capitis with 9 mm, 11 mm, 10 mm, and 8 mm. Similarly, it shows minimum zone of inhibition on P. putida recording Omni in all concentrations.
