MESHCHERYAKOV, E. N. DENISOV. Abstract | | | | Today, an increasing number of married couples has been facing infertility. One of the available methods of this problem solvation is the use of assisted reproductive technologies. The aim of the work is to analyze the course of pregnancy resulting from the use of assisted reproductive technologies, as well as the outcome of childbirth and the condition of newborns. The main group consisted of 30 patients aged 27 to 39, who had undergone extracorporeal fertilization. The control group consisted of 17 patients aged 20 to 40 years, whose pregnancy occurred independently. Primary infertility was diagnosed in 12 (40%) and secondary infertility in 18 (60%) patients of the main group. In Vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF and PE) were performed for the first time in 13 (43.3%) patients, in 9 (30%) - repeatedly, three or more attempts were made in 8 (26.6%) patients. In the course of the work, the analysis of the course of pregnancy that occurred as a result of the use of assisted reproductive technologies, the identified complications and outcomes of childbirth, as well as the assessment of the condition of newborns were carried out. All statistical processing was carried out in Microsoft Excel programs and the Python 3.8 programming language using the pandas and scipy libraries, and p-value was calculated using the Chi-square criterion with Yates correction for each indicator.
