Endometriosis is described as presence of endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) out of uterus.The most frequent place of implantation is pelvic organs and periton and seen in 3-10% of reproductive women. Although extrapelvic endometriosis is rare (1-2%) it occurs by hematologic or lymphatic dissemination of endometrial cells to gynecologic or nongynecologic places. We presented a case of endometriosis of vaginal by cuff bleeding which developed after histerectomy
