Dacryocystitis is uncommon in infants, and it almost exclusively occurs as a complication of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Swelling, rush and epifora were clinical findings. Nowadays there is not any single therapy recognized. Medical respond to treatment factors in patients with the clinical use of antibiotics to cover the surgical table requirements ameliorate. In this lecture is presented who applied obstruction nasolacrimal canal and the related phenomenon of enhanced dacryocystitis on the below right eye detected in a neonate.
