Henoch-Schonlein Purpura is the most common small vessel vasculitis of childhood triggered by infections, drugs and autoimmune mechanisms. It is characterized by a classic tetrad of nonthrombocytopenic palpable purpura, abdominal pain, arthritis, and glomerulonephritis with rare involvement of lungs, nervous system and genitourinary tract. Adult-onset cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of recurrent Henoch-Schonlein purpura in an adult.
