Objective: To find that the association of the low back pain with the use of the high heel shoes.
Methodology: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, survey method was used and self developed questionnaire was distributed among students of Sargodha Medical College by convenient sampling method. Duration of study was six month. The inclusion criteria were the young females who had age between 18 and 24 years and wore high heel shoes for more than previous six months.
Results: Out of 100 students, 42 had bad experiences while wearing heels. Out of these 42, 33 had fatigue and nine had back pain. Pearson association 0.063 showing a weak association and results were not significant.
Conclusion: Low back pain in students wearing high heel shoes is not associated with their high heel shoes.
