This patient presented an ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral artery territory, concomitant with huge sphenoidal chordoma four-month after transsphenoidal approach. This ischemia was installed four months after surgery. This event with radiological findings is uncommon.
The physiopathological of this ischemic stroke are discussed.
